Onam Celebration

      Onam celebration was conducted on September 12 from 10.00am to 3.30pm. It was organized by Nitara College Union. The onam celebration was a splendid experience. Onakalikal made the occasion filled with more happiness. Athapookalam was put by both teachers and students. Onam sadya was so delicious. The college closes for onam vacation from sept 12 to sept 22.

      

      

Subject inaugration

Subject Association Inaugration 

         The Subject Association was conducted on September 10,from 2.00 pm to 4.00pm. The Chief Guest was Dr. C Unnikrishnan sir (Retired Principal of DB College, Sasthamcotta). The teachers Akhil sir, Shijini miss, Praveena Miss, Vismaya miss, Shamna rani miss, Sheeja miss were there in the occasion. The Anchoring was done by Rose Johnson and Neethu Raj. The welcome speech was done by Shamna Rani miss, talks about the importance of subject association programs. The inaugral speech was by Unnikrishnan sir, the speech was a thought provoking one. The felicitation was given by Praveena miss and Vismaya miss. The vote of thanks was by Akhil sir and Shijini miss. After this lamp lighting ceremony was Chief Guest Unnikrishnan sir and by the teachers. After that cultural programs were conducted by 6 departments.

      

Assembly

 Assembly Conduction 

      The first assembly was conducted on September 9,from 9.45 am to 10.00am. The first assembly was conducted by English Department students. The teachers Akhil sir, Shijini miss, Vismaya miss, Praveena miss and Sheeja miss came to watch the assembly. Assembly starts with prayer and ends with the subject quiz.

The teachers shared their views and opinions to improve the assembly and also appreciated for conducting the assembly.

Ashraya visit

Visit At Ashraya 

                 

                      

           The Ashraya visit was conducted on September 6 from 

10.30am to 3.30pm. We are accompanied with the teachers Akhil sir, Shijini Miss,Vismaya Miss and Sheeja miss. We visit the residents of Ashraya as group wise and spent time with them. The time was so valuable that we get to spend with them and make them happy. There was a meeting in the general hall and cultural programs was also there. From the outer view the placeis so calm but the lives of the people are hard but they are looked after by the members of Ashraya very nicely.

     Through this visit, we get a small chance to realize the life of different people in society who are abandoned in their lives due different reasons.

    

                

                    

Museum visit

 Visit At Veluthambi Dalawa Museum 

      

    We  visited the Veluthambi Dalawa Museum on September 4 from 10.00 am to 11pm. It was a museum of great artistic and cultural significance. We visited the museum as Department wise. We were accompanied by the Principal Riju John Sir and Akhil sir. There was a guide to tell us about the ancient events and history about the museum and also notable events.

               

        Through this visit, we get a clear picture on artistic and cultural relevance of the museum and also ancient evidences such as coins can be seen there. The evidences are preserved perfectly in the museum.

      

                

Blog Creation Workshop

 Blog Creation Workshop

    Blog Creation Worshop was conducted on September 3, 2024 from 9.30am to 3.30pm. The workshop was led by KS Harilal Sir. He was invited by our Respected Principal Riju John. Harilal sir explained about Blog, Types of Blog, Softwares for Blog Creation very clearly. It was a interactive session. The time was more but it was quite interesting.

      Through this workshop on the Blog Creation, we get a clear idea to Create Blog, Learn to post the photos and videos in it.

           

       

Bheri 2024

Bheri 2k24- Arts Fest of BMMTC

Bheri Arts Fest was conducted on the days of August 23,27,29,30. Bheri the Arts Fest was conducted days of  August 23, 27, 29, 30 from 10.00am to 3.30pm - the official inauguration of the 'Bheri -Arts Fest' was the preyer song on was August 29. sang by Devika Murali . the welcome speech was given by Riju John sir (Principal, BMMTC, Kottarakara). The Presidential Address was delivered by Jaison Rajan (Chairman, Nitara College Union, 2023-2024).The inaugration was done by SR Ramesh (Muncipal Chairman, Ktr). The inaugrational speech was thought provoking one. The felicitation were given by the teachers Nisha Muhammad T, Praveena M, Harivind V. B. The vote of thanks was by Akhil Krishnan R(Arts club secretary, Nitara college union 2023-2024).Prize distribution was done by Adv. Aisha Potty.

     The Bheri Arts Fest programs were organized by dividing students into 3houses named Green, Blue, Red. Green house won the overall championship. Bheri Arts Fest was a chance given by the college union to first yrs to prove their talents in the co-curricular activities. Their dedication, hardwork and teamwork helped to achieve their goals.

          

 

Fresher's Day

                Fresher's Day

          

               Fresher's Day was conducted on August 22, from 10:30 to 3:30 .  The Fresher's Day was named as 'Adichu Keri Vaa'. This occasion was conducted by our dear seniors.             

         

        Firstly, it started by welcoming us to the hall and giving paper garlands. The hall was beautifully decorated, with illuminating lights, which show the team spirit and dedication of our seniors. The occasion was also filled with funny moments, which made us ro do tasks. There was also dance performances of our seniors. These all make the program more attractive.

         

         Through this Fresher's Day we juniors get more attatched to each other and new friendships also begin. We get a clear picture about the dedication, hardwork and teamwork of our seniors.This day was memorable.

       Inaugration Day

        The official inaugration ceremony for the Batch 2024-2026 conducted on  July 15, 2024 at Baselios Marthoma Mathews II Training College, Kottarakara. The occasion was blessed with the presence of Rev. Fr Baby Thomas (Manager of Institution), Rev. Fr. Jacob M (Local Manager), Riju John sir (Principal), Dr Jubin Mattappallil (Assistant Professor, Dept of Malayalam,St. Gregorious College, Ktr) . 

     

     The inaugration was started by a prayer session conducted by Rev. Fr. Jacob M.  The welcome speech was given by Riju John sir and inaugral speech was given by Dr. Jubin Mattapallil, who made us aware about value of the qualities of teacher and the teaching career.  The felicitation was given by    Dr.Kunjiraman(HOD of M. eD).

      This Inaugral Day was fully filled with blessings which helped us to get rid of worriers as new comers. This day was immensely blessed and it had become a stepping stone in our awaiting dream career.
